Themes

PortfoliX comes with 10 Premium Themes out of the box. You can switch between them instantly without losing your content.

Changing Themes

  1. Navigate to Settings > Theme in the Admin Panel.
  2. You will see a grid of available themes (e.g., Minimal, Developer, Creative, Writer).
  3. Click "Activate" on the theme you want.
  4. Your site updates immediately.

Available Themes

  1. Minimal: Clean, whitespace-heavy design. Perfect for designers.
  2. Developer: Terminal-inspired aesthetics. Great for backend engineers.
  3. Creative: Bold typography and large images.
  4. Corporate: Professional and structured.
  5. Writer: Focused on typography and readability.
  6. Spotlight: Dark mode focused with glowing effects.
  7. OnePage: All content on a single scrolling page.
  8. Showcase: Grid-based layout for photographers.
  9. Developer Hub: GitHub-style layout.
  10. Starter: A simple base theme.

Customizing Content

Each theme uses the same data but displays it differently.

  • Hero Section: Edit your "Headline" and "Subheadline" in Settings > General.
  • About Me: Update your bio in Settings > Profile.
  • Colors: Currently, themes have preset color palettes. Advanced customization requires editing the tailwind.config.ts file in the source code.

Dark Mode

All themes support Dark Mode.

  • Users can toggle it via the sun/moon icon on the site.
  • You can set the default preference in Settings > Theme.
